With my Physiotherapy knowledge of how the body works and my sporting background which includes years of experience in the gym myself, I can tailor a programme in the gym to suit you and your goals perfectly.

I also work closely with and recommend Greg Thompson of Performance Conditioning. Greg's current roles involve working as a senior strength and conditioning specialist for High Performance Sport New Zealand. He is the S&C coach for the NZ track cycling endurance squads, NZ BMX juniors, Southern RPC rowing crews, Tactix netball franchise, HockeyNZ and Swimming NZ Canterbury based athletes.
Previously Greg has worked with Canterbury rugby as their NPC S&C coach (8years), NZ Sevens rugby team (3 years) and the NZ Defence Force as a physical fitness instructor (13 years).
